Branding Campaigns

Many of us have used a MAG operated airport for either business or leisure. As part of their communications and engagement strategy, we have developed multiple sub-brands and campaigns, in order to celebrate and acquire new talent.  In 2023 MAG have launched new values, a great way of encouraging all employees to live the values and keep going above and beyond.

By establishing a positive core image brand, Best Summer Ever 2023 and We are Journey Makers are two such brands. We have created an array of marketing material outlined under specific brand guidelines, that co-exist with and enhance MAG’s existing brand identity.

Security and Recognition video animation

Created to raise awareness internally about the new changes and the benefits MAG offers to employees.

We have created a set of two videos: A security video animation, that helps to communicate upcoming changes, and improves colleague and passenger journeys. MAG’s airports are positioned as world-class airports, with Manchester, The UK’s Global Gateway in the North. The security team is at the heart of this campaign helping to make the ‘best summer ever’ for all. 

Celebrating Our Journey Makers is an explainer video outlining how MAG intends to celebrate and recognise staff members for going above and beyond with the new recognition scheme, full of benefits for all departments in all three airports (Manchester, London and East Midlands).

Interactive colleague’s engagement wall

MAG found there was a need to create a Colleague Hub, where everyone is allowed to have their say from different departments and seniorities levels, the goal is to improve the working environment and provide the best service for all passengers as well as recognise flaws and ways of addressing situations. 

Therefore, we have created an interactive wall where all this feedback has been collated and brought together into one seamless Interactive PDF, on which staff can reflect and learn from other peers’ experiences.

MAG Recruitment Campaign

Following the increased passenger demand in Winter 2021, Manchester Airports Group (MAG) required graphics to promote employment opportunities across its three airports – East Midlands, London Stansted and Manchester. Roles range from security officers, customer service officers, car parks staff to hospitality and lounge staff were all in high demand.

To support this recruitment drive, we produced a series of graphics for posters, digital display boards within the airports to raise awareness and drive job applications from those with the right skills. The graphics combine authentic ‘real-people’ imagery with the MAG brand colour wash and attention grabbing copy.
